Update 2/12/2025: The schedule is now complete! Please note, however, that there's still about six weeks to go until the gathering, and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Things are always subject to change until the moment they actually happen! The game slot on Saturday evening (Western Hemisphere time) has been listed as Jackbox & Cards Against Mythfolk for now as this is the fallback that we know we will be able to do, but we're still working on possibilities for an RPG session.

The majority of the timeslots aimed at UK/Europe and all the ones intended for Australia/Asia have now been removed from the table below because we unfortunately did not get any sign-ups for them. Maybe next year we'll have better luck in that regard. However, we do still have an outstanding request for a movie/game slot at a time that would be more convenient for Europe, since the Americas one falls around 4 AM their time. If you would be available to stream something in the afternoon or evening CET (UTC+1) of Saturday, March 22 or Sunday, March 23rd, please contact staff (at) shininghearth (dot) net.

Times below are shown in your local time. From the perspective of the Americas, we end Friday and Saturday with the Game/Movie slot in the evening, but because the table is formatted dynamically based on your time zone, you may see certain slots shift between days.

Check-in for the gathering will begin sometime in the evening Pacific time. Nothing formal is planned on Thursday evening, but it is a low-key "lobbycon" as people check in, take a look around, and say hello. Last year Arethinn streamed a game for a couple of hours (the demo of Na Daoine Maithe) and she may do something similar this year.

Andros Starborn

I'm an elfae (or faelf, as I sometimes style myself) who Awoke in 2007 and has been hanging around the otherkin community since 2009. I was part of the Darkfang collective, and inherited the mostly defunct Darkfang Cabal forum. Besides my involvement in the otherkin community, I was also head of Operations for a small sci-fi and fantasy convention for several years in the 2000s, and I helped run a small makerspace in the early 2010s.

These days, I work in technical support at an obscure IT megacorp. When I'm not doing that, I spend most of my time streaming video games, playing tabletop RPGs, 3D printing widgets, or coaxing computing devices large and small into doing my bidding.

Arazil

I am a Listari Elf and Storm Fae who has been around the community since 1999. In the last two decades, I have helped run many different entertainment groups in a variety of formats. Some of these groups include a regional renaissance faire and a Neo-Burlesque troupe. My hobbies mostly involve some form of performance based art - theater, dance, motion pictures, role playing games, etc. I also do side projects involving technology infrastructure. To pay the bills, I am the chief cat herder and designated adult for select public sector projects involving technology and technology accessories.

Arethinn

I'm a sidhe-and-sometimes-dragon who has been kicking around in the otherkin community since 1998. I ran the in-person gather MythiCalia in California for four years between 2005-2010, organized the monthly San Francisco Bay Otherkin Meetup from 2011-2023, and apparently I refuse to be put off from the idea of there being gathers. I work in a library where I force MARC data into submission.

Blythe Power

I am Blythe, writer of The Raven and The Lotus blog and Doom Fairy YouTube (formerly TikTok.) I live in Ireland. In my blog, I mostly write about my experiences with the Irish Aos Sídhe, in particular my familiar and Otherworld husband, Tadhg. Doom Fairy is a character created to help me discuss fairy lore with humor.

Ceol Sidhe (fka Neptune's Keep)

Ceol Sidhe is the married musical duo of Diane Rains (aka Crow Bard) and Stu Janis. [How do you say our name? "Kyohl SHEE"] The Irish Good Folk (known also as "fairies") make astonishing music, called "ceol Sidhe" in Gaeilge, the Irish language. Bewitching, alluring, sometimes a little dangerous! It travels on the wind and lands where it will. Sometimes, when the wind is just right, this enchanted music lands with us. And we bring it to you. The music of Ceol Sidhe duo explores and celebrates the beauty and mystery of fairy music. We sing of the vast splendor of stars. Of an enchanting island hidden in magical mist. Of ancient goddesses and the alluring realm of Fairy. We sing of hearts both human and Fae.

Ell of the Piksie Elfs

Ell of the Piksie-Elfs is a writer, researcher and practitioner of Fairy Genealogy. After a lifetime of connection to the world of magic and Fayerie, Ell studied the stars and celestial beings at a leading private research university. While concurrently conducting research in university, Ell dedicated their extracurricular time to guiding trance-like meditations and advising clients on celestial embodiment. This practice reignited Ell's awareness of the supernatural and connection to fayerie. However, due to the significant finds of their research, Ell has since taken time away from client-based services to focus on writing their first book on Fairy Genealogy.

Firebug

I'm a shape changing spirit that's been a lot of things by now. Faerie is one thing you could call me, along with spirit, angel, creature. Currently in a human shape for the foreseeable future, making paintings and collecting rocks.

Galan

I'm a fairy--what exactly that means is a different but equally delightful story from week to week--who awoke as such about a year ago, though not without a *long* series of silly little (positive) false half-awakenings and general inclinations towards being magical. When not making and performing music, I work in the field of mobile device repair and play in the field of grass outside my apartment.

Tuiliel

She/they. Tuatha Dé and Elf of Vanaheim. I'm a pagan and a witch and I I've been those things 20+ years and known I was fae for a little over a decade (though I had inklings before that). I've never been Super active in the community outside like this and tumblr and a couple of rl friends who are also elfae. I did a meditation presentation the first year and I've liked this event so much I keep coming back! 😊
